I cannot recommend the folks at Total Auto Repair enough. I am the epitome of a bad car owner – car making terrifying noises? Turn the radio up. Check engine light? Don’t know her. Transmission … More literally trying to stall out while driving? That’s none of my business. When I called Eric and he asked what the issue was I just said “yes”. He listened to every issue my car had, did full diagnostics and called to let me know before they ordered or did anything and was so patient and communicative through the whole process. When Tom told me some of the other repairs that were done and I said “ah yes, intake throttle something something, definitely car parts, yes” he was so patient and explained how everything worked and what exactly was repaired. I paid less than I was expecting to, the car was done faster than I expected, and they fixed every single issue this absolute brat of a car had. Eric and Tom are absolute angel sweetie pies and I would die to defend their honor. 10/10 service, 12/10 employees, will definitely be back when I inevitably forget that car maintenance exists and something else breaks.
